Добрый день
Нахожу на британских сайтах сотни вакансий по моей специальности - 3D графика. По-английски говорю хорошо. Говорил с агенствами и работодателями, но как только заходит речь о визах, то разговор сходит на нет. Можно ли зайти с другой стороны к этому вопросу - сначала виза, а затем работа? Может быть есть какой-то другой вариант?

Без рабочей визы категории Tier 2 или Tier 5, легально устроится на работу невозможно, но этим должен заниматься Ваш потенциальный работодатель.

В Великобритании работодатель для приема на работу иностранного сотрудника, должен получить разрешение у Британских органов власти на принятие сотрудника на работу и доказать, что сотрудник обладает достаточной квалификацией, а также оплатить налоги.

Для получения рабочей визы категории Tier 2 или Tier 5 необходимо, чтобы потенциальный работодатель выдал Вам COS (certificate of sponsorship), то есть виза привязывается к конкретному работодателю и он несет за Вас всю ответственность, включая финансовую.

Других легальных вариантов не существует (за исключением случаев работы студентов по обмену, но и много нюансов и сбора документов).

1. This document provides policy guidance on Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) of the Points-Based
System. Please note that it reflects policy at the time of publication and is subject to change.
For the purpose of these guidance notes, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to the Home Office.
It should be read in conjunction with the relevant paragraphs of the Immigration Rules. Separate

2. If you are making an application fr om outside the United Kingdom for entry clearance, you
should go to our website at www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa, wh ere you can find the forms and more
information on how to fill them in.
3. If you are making an application from inside the United Kingdom for an extension of your
existing leave or a change of employment in Tier 5 (Temporary Worker), you should use the
online Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) application form or its paper equivalent available on our
website: www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas
4. Under Tier 5 (Temporary Worker), you must have both a sponsor and a valid Certificate of
Sponsorship before applying.
5. Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) has five sub- categories:
 Creative and sporting - for people coming to the United Kingdom to work or perform as
sports people, entertainers or creative artists for up to 12 months.
 Charity workers – for people coming to the United Kingdom to do voluntary work and not
paid work for a charity.
 Religious workers – for people coming to the United Kingdom to work as religious
workers. Duties may include preaching, pastoral and non pastoral work.
 Government authorised exchange – for people coming to the United Kingdom through
approved schemes that aim to share knowledge, experience and best practice.
 International agreement – for people coming to the United Kingdom under contract to
provide a service that is covered under international law.
6. Applicants in all the Points-Based System categories will be subject to General Grounds for
Refusal. This means that even if you qualify under the specific category of the Rules under
which you are applying to come here, there may be other reasons (such as your previous
immigration history), that may lead to the application being refused. Further information on

7. We will return your passport(s) and other documents by recorded delivery. If you would like
them to be returned by Special Delivery, you must provide a prepaid Special Delivery
envelope which is large enough. If your application is successful, your biometric residence
permit (BRP) will be sent to you separately by secure delivery.

How to get a sponsor licence

1. 
   Check your business is eligible.
2. 
   Choose the type of licence you want to apply for - this will depend on what type of worker you want to sponsor.
3. 
   Decide who will manage sponsorship within your business.
4. 
   Apply online and pay the fee.
   

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) may visit your business to check it’s suitable.

After you apply
You’ll be given a licence rating if your application is successful.
You’ll be able to issue certificates of sponsorship if you have jobs that are suitable for sponsorship.
Your licence will be valid for 4 years. You may lose your licence if you don’t meet your responsibilities as a sponsor.

Step 1: Submit filled DISTANCE LEARNING APPLICATION FORM (with passport/ID & qualification documents).
Step 2: PAY intention to study £100 (refunded if application is unsuccessful), which is required to reserve a place to study and issue offer letter.
Step 3: In order to accept an offer from the College, students will be required to PAY either full payment or minimum payment of 35% of the first year course fees and subscribe to payment plan for 6 months (or multiple of payment plan for 6 months). Awarding body fees have to be paid at course commencement.
Step 4: Acceptance letter and moodle login provided.
Distance Learning - Flexible Payments Plan:

You can apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Charity Worker) visa if:

• you want to do unpaid voluntary work for a charity
• you’re from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland
• you meet the other eligibility requirements
  

Sponsorship
You need to be sponsored - ie have a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed employer - before you can apply to come to the UK to work.
The work you do in the UK must relate to the work of your sponsor organisation.

How long it will take
You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before the day you’re due to start work in the UK. This date is listed on your certificate of sponsorship.
You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks.

Fees
How much you pay for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Charity Worker) visa depends on your situation, where you are and how you apply.

You’ll also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as part of your application. Check how much you’ll have to pay before you apply.

How long you can stay
You can stay for up to 12 months or the time given on your certificate of sponsorship plus 28 days, whichever is shorter.
You can enter the UK up to 14 days before the start date of your job.

What you can and can’t do
You can:

• study - for some courses you’ll need an Academic Technology Approval Scheme certificate)
• work for your sponsor in the job described in your certificate of sponsorship
• do a second job in the same sector at the same level as your main job for up to 20 hours per week
• do a job on the Tier 2 shortage occupation list for up to 20 hours per week
• bring family members with you
  

You can’t:

• receive any payment for work

1. Overview
You can apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Creative and sporting) visa if:

• you’ve been offered work as a sports person or creative worker
• you’re from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland
• you meet the other eligibility requirements
  

A creative worker is someone who works in the creative industry, eg an actor, dancer, musician or film crew member.

Sponsorship
You need to be sponsored - ie have a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed employer - before you can apply to come to the UK to work.
The work you do in the UK must relate to the work of your sponsor organisation.
How long it takes
You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before the day you’re due to start work in the UK. This date is listed on your certificate of sponsorship.
You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks.

Fees
How much you pay for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Creative and sporting) visa depends on your situation, where you are and how you apply.

You’ll also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as part of your application. Check how much you’ll have to pay before you apply.

How long you can stay
You can come to the UK for a maximum of up to 12 months, or the time given in your certificate of sponsorship plus up to 28 days, whichever is shorter.
You may be able to extend your visa.
Your stay must start no more than 14 days before the start date on yourcertificate of sponsorship.

What you can and can’t do
You can:

• study (for some courses you’ll need an Academic Technology Approval Scheme certificate)
• work for your sponsor in the job described in your certificate of sponsorship
• do a second job in the same sector and at the same level as your main job for up to 20 hours per week
• do a job on the shortage occupation list for up to 20 hours per week
• work as a sportsperson for your national team and as a sports broadcaster if you’re here under the sporting subcategory
• bring your family

Существует два типа рабочих виз, по которым можно легально работать в Великобритании: Tier 2 и Tier 5.

По спортивной визе можно только приезжать на краткосрочные спортивные мероприятия.

В вашем случае, если клуб не может приглашать иностранных работников, то работать у него легально не получится.

Виталий Хожайнов, Добрый день, все та же проблема с танцами. Получили два отказа подряд. Визовые офицеры хотят, чтобы мы выбрали правильный тип визы, но какой нам подходит. И через какое время стоит еще раз подаваться. Помогите, пожалуйста.
